Setaara Afghan French Cuisine (Opened Summer 2019)

Family owned and operated, Setaara Afghan French Cuisine opened its doors in summer 2019, offering a brand new dining experience. Featured by the Los Angeles Times, Thrillist, The Philadelphia Inquirer, 6ABC, NBC Philly/NYC, NJ Lifestyle Magazine, NJ Digest, Atlantic City Weekly, Shore Local News, Atlantic County Magazine, Flavor Magazine, The City Pulse, The Thread SJ, AC Mike, Joe’s Table for 2, and so many others.

“Setaara is a unique architectural and culinary addition to the Ducktown landscape, and has given new life to a building across from the legendary White House Sub shop. Panah, a 22-year-old med student at Rowan College, added minarets to the facade and turned the interior into an evocative Middle Eastern montage of Moroccan alcoves for booths, a mirrored hall based on a palace in Tehran, a mini-replica of the historic Buddhas that were destroyed during the conflict in Afghanistan.”

-Craig Laban, Philadelphia Inquirer

It is located in the heart of Ducktown Atlantic City, steps away from the Tanger Outlets. Open Monday-Saturday for dinner and a free lot is available for customers across the street. Book your table today for a brand new dining experience at setaaraac.com.

Setaara’s Courtyard (Partially opened Fall 2020)

After a wildly successful first year of Setaara, we put in our biggest investment yet by opening a mesmerizing double story courtyard by Setaara featuring a unique design reminiscent of an ancient Silk Road oasis with many imported products from all around the Middle East. Currently the first two floors are opened with plans to add a rooftop deck and second dining room by Fall 2021. The full completion of the courtyard will feature tile flooring throughout along with stucco walls featuring murals reminiscent of the silk road’s golden age. In addition, there will be special hand made light fixtures from the Middle East installed as well as custom made furniture with a state of the art audio system for live entertainment in the courtyard. The middle of the courtyard will eventually be topped with a glass skylight while still leaving ample room for air circulation. The rooftop deck will feature views of the entire Atlantic City skyline. Despite not being complete yet, Setaara’s courtyard has already been recognized as one of the world's 14 best designs of 2020.
